Cleaning is the solution obviously and the best thing to preserve the fabric. One may try various shoe cleaning methods. Few of the methods are :

1.     Soapy water

2.     Baking soda

3.     Bleach

4.     Toothpaste

5.     Washing machine

So by trying these methods your shoes will look fresh again.

Soapy water

Take around 240 ml of warm water and mix 1 spoon liquid soap/ half cup white vinegar for shoe cleaning. Buy a soft shoe cleaning cloth and dip it in soapy water and clean all scuffs and stains.

Scrubbing with a wet stiff-bristled toothbrush helps in shoe cleaning for heavily stained areas. It works on all kind of shoes. Let your shoe dry for min of 2-3 hours and for best results keep them overnight for drying.

Baking soda

You need 15 ml of white vinegar, 1tbs of baking soda and around 15 ml of hot water and mix them together in a bowl till a thick paste forms. It works well for canvas, mesh or fabric shoes. Apply the thick paste with the toothbrush. Allow the paste to dry for 3-4 hours by keeping them in sun to let it dry till it can be scratched later either by clapping the shoes together or using a dry brush to remove the dried paste.

Bleach

You may dilute 1 part of bleach with 5 parts water for fabric shoes. If you have sensitive skin, do wear nitrile gloves. Just dip the toothbrush in bleach solution and scrub it gently later wiping the bleach solution off your shoes with a damp towel. Put the shoes to let dry for 5-6 hours or overnight for best results. If can’t put that much load simply google for shoe cleaning service near me.

Toothpaste

Did you ever imagine toothpaste works for shoe cleaning as well?

It works well with a pea sized dab of toothpaste put on a wet cloth on its tip and then gently wiping shoes. Works great on fabric, mesh, and sneakers. Do not use gel toothpaste and coloured pastes as it may leave stains on shoes. Allow it to air dry for a few hours.

Washing machine

Washer Friendly Shoes: canvas, pleather (fake leather), rubber, plastic, knit.

NOT Washer Friendly Shoes: suede, real leather.

Remove the laces and put them in mesh bag or pillow cover. Put some old towels to make a load balance and pour liquid detergent into it. Always air dry in shade after putting some soft towels in a shoe to retain shape.

These are pretty simple ways to clean your shoes. It's always great to log in and look with keywords citing shoecleaning service near me and pat you will be on the right page.
